How it works

Zero Commission provides a unique and revolutionary payment subscription system, which levels the playing field, for the sale or rental of all property types, empowers the owner with absolute control, delivers a massive 10 Million + per month audience of dedicated property enquiries. For a total cost of $10 per week (No other costs - Owner may cancel anytime)

Step One : Visit zerocommission.com.au and select your property listing requirement

Step Two : Click on Continue button where you will be taken to the page to complete your Service Agreement and create your login to the website.

Step Three : Complete the Service Agreement, ensuring all fields with * are filled in. You must read our Terms & Conditions and agree with them by ticking the box to continue using our website. If you do not agree with our Terms & Conditions you cannot use our website. Click CONTINUE to proceed to the creation of your login.

Step Four : Create your login to our website by completing the steps below. Ensure you write down this login information as you will need this for future access to your listing(s) on our website.

CONGRATULATIONS. You have successfully created your login and can now create your first listing with zerocommission.com.au.

Step Five : Creating your listing:

Click on the Pencil icon (Edit Property) to create your listing. Click on the Magnifying Glass icon (View Property) to view your listing.

Step Six : Create the information details for your listing.

When you have completed the listing details, scroll to the bottom of the page and click NEXT.

Step Seven : Upload photographs to your listing.

Please make sure your images are in JPG, GIF or PNG format with a recommended 4:3 image ration (ie 800 x 600 pixel image) and preferably landscape. You may add up to 25 images if you wish, most people use between 8 and 12). Please note, every listing must have a minimum of 1 photograph uploaded before it will be published. If you have video footage relevant to your listing, please upload it to the Video URL link. When you have uploaded your selection of photographs, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click NEXT.

Step Eight : If you would like to conduct OPEN HOMES this is the page where you select the dates and times as required.

Click PREVIEW to review your listing and edit any section you may need to. When you are happy with your listing, click SAVE FOR PUBLISHING.

Step Nine : To complete your payment.

To complete your $10 per week subscription, click on the Pay and Publish button. You will be redirected to the PayPal secure payment gateway where you will see a screen similar to that below:

  • Click on Subscribe if you do not already have a PayPal account; OR
  • Click on PayPal Check Out to login to your existing PayPal account.
You can cancel your $10 per week subscription at any time from within your PayPal account settings. If you have difficulties with cancelling your subscription, please contact us via email at office@zerocommission.com.au and we can assist you. When a payment subscription is cancelled your agreement with us terminates and your listing will be removed from all websites effective immediately. Your listing will be stored in our archives and you may reactivate your listing and subscription at any time.

Step Ten : Upon successful payment, and prior to your listing being published on websites, we require the following to be completed:

ALL LISTING TYPES:

  • All property listing information must be completed;
  • 1 photographic image (minimum) must be uploaded;
RESIDENTIAL and COMMERCIAL RENTAL LISTINGS only:
  • Proof of Ownership documentation must be provided by email to office@zerocommission.com.au. Please select one of the 3 acceptable forms of proof of ownership and attach to your email:
    • Current council rates notice (clearly showing address of property and owners name) plus photo ID; OR
    • Current water rates notice (clearly showing address of property and owners name) plus photo ID; OR
    • Copy of signed contract of sale for property plus photo ID.

We verify all content provided prior to a listing being processed for publication on any or all websites. For all listings meeting our requirements please allow up to 24 hours for your listing to be published. You will receive an email confirming your listing has been published and a link to your listing on the relevant websites.

Process and Management of enquiry

All enquiries for a listing will be forwarded to the email address you have created within our website. You as the owner communicate directly with each enquirer to their nominated email and/or phone number.
